Some companies allow location services on their apps to allow for things like, hotel or restaurant check-ins, electronic room keys, ordering their favorite foods easily and general information. 
2. Self-Checkout Systems:
   Traditional self-checkout kiosks are being replaced by shopping apps, where customers can scan their items as they shop and simply pay on their store app.
    
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Chatbots:
   Even better is when we combine these existing solutions with AI-driven chatbots/voiceBots that can provide information, assistance, and customer support without the need for a physical kiosk. These virtual agents can be integrated into websites and apps. When you scan a QR code or open your app (with location services turned on), there's no need for a kiosk; your custom AI will assist you privately. With advancing technology, there may come a day when we won't even need our phones to connect to these assistants.
